History
The history of Krynicki Recykling on Polish market of glass recycling dates back to 1998. After few years of existing as one-man business, in April 2003 the Company was transformed into limited liability company. Furthermore, on October 31, 2007, preparing for its debut on the capital market, Krynicki Recykling changed its legal form into joint-stock company.
Since the very beginning Krynicki Recykling S.A. has been concentrating on recycling recyclable wastes form selective waste collection.
Chronology:
1998 – establishing the company
2003 – transformation into KRYNICKI RECYKLING Sp. z o.o.
2006.01 – new sorting plant in Borek Wielkopolski
2007.03 – first certification of quality management systems ISO 9001:2000
2007.10 – transformation into KRYNICKI RECYKLING S.A.
2008.02 – purchase of MDJ Sp. z o.o.
2008.02 – debut of KRYNICKI RECYKLING S.A. on stock market NewConnect
2008.09 – establishing company UAB Lithuanian Glass Recycling
2008.12 – third issue of shares and raising 10 m. zlotys.
2009.03 – opening of new installation in Wyszków
2010.10 – debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange (moved from NewConnect)
2011.09 – start of construction works in Pelkinie
2012.11 – opening of glass recycling plant in Pelkinie
2013.05 – acquisition of new line in Gultowy (near Poznań)
2013.07 – start of construction of new glass cullet processing plant in Lublinicec
2013.12 – 2 new companies established: Krynicki Glass Recycling OÜ – Estonia and UAB Krynicki Glass Recycling – Lithuania
2014 – start of construction works in Jarvakandi, Estonia
2014.11 – opening of the new plant in Lubliniec
2015.01 – opening of new plant in Jarvakandi, Estonia
